Refunds
At The Purest Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If, within 90 days of purchase, a product is not suitable for your needs, you may be eligible for a refund under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Lifetime Claim Limit
Each customer may claim up to S$400 in total across all orders and claims under the same customer/account. Once the lifetime limit reaches S$400, no further Money-Back Guarantee claims can be processed.
This limit allows us to continue providing our products and Money-Back Guarantee support fairly to all customers while helping protect against unintended policy misuse.

Bundle & System Purchases

Products purchased as part of a bundle or system are assessed individually under the Money-Back Guarantee policy. If only certain products are unsuitable, the Money-Back Guarantee may apply only to the affected product(s), rather than automatically the full bundle or order.

As our products are designed to work both individually and alongside other products depending on customer preference and wellness goals, dissatisfaction with one product — including taste preference — does not automatically qualify the entire bundle or system for refund.

Review & Approval
All Money-Back Guarantee claims are subject to review and approval. The Purest Co. reserves the right to partially approve, limit, or decline claims in cases involving repeated claims, unusual claim patterns, or suspected policy misuse.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Store Credit Option
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund.

Store Credit Benefits:
• Redeemable for any product in our store
• Easy checkout process
• Opportunity to explore new or favorite products

Store Credit Rules:
• Value equals approved claim amount
• Counts toward the S$400 lifetime Money-Back Guarantee limit
• Valid for 3 months from issuance
• One-time use only
• Products purchased using store credit are no longer eligible for Money-Back Guarantee claims
• Money-Back Guarantee no longer applies after store credit issuance or use

Product Returns & Exchange Policy
At The Purest Co, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you’ve had a change of mind or feel that the product you received isn’t the right fit, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for the following cases:
- You’ve changed your mind and no longer want the product
- You received the item but realized it’s not suitable and would like to try another product

Return Criteria:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition
- Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thepurest.co. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
1. Initiate a Request
Contact our support team at support@thepurest.co or via live chat with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

2. Follow Return Instructions
Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and share the necessary return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
We’ll provide you with a return shipping label once your request is confirmed.

4. Inspection & Processing
After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process either a refund to your original payment method or send out the replacement product, based on your preference.
